As a Personal Service Technician, you will work in a team with rotation within the group to ensure high competence transfer and the best possible service.

You are the customer's entry into the workshop and are responsible for the entire service process from booking to follow-up. The customer should always be in focus, and we work in a structured, standardized manner with continuous improvements in our daily work.

You report to the workshop manager and are an important part of the team's daily work and development.

🔧 Service process – from start to finish

• Booking and customer dialogue

• Administration of work orders

• Receiving and handing over vehicles

• Invoicing

• Customer follow-up after workshop visits

🔎 Technical work

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair

• Identification of spare parts

📈 Daily management and improvement work

• Active participation in daily management

• Propose improvements and manage deviations

• Escalate disturbances and time-consuming tasks

📚 Development

• Conduct training according to personal development plan

• Actively work in the TTB tool with a personal action plan

• Contribute to the development of working methods and routines

• Has technical competence in the automotive industry

• Has a genuine interest in technology and troubleshooting

• Is service-minded and puts the customer first

• Is a team player with a passion for delivery and quality

• Is proactive, self-driven, and responsible

• Is structured and meticulous

• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Thrives in a flexible and dynamic work environment
